Frédéric Launay
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Frédéric has over 25 years of experience in private equity, having led transmission and development transactions across a wide range of French SMEs. He co-founded Elige with the conviction that proximity to management teams is the foundation of value creation. He chairs the investment committee and leads the firm's relationships with institutional investors.
Guillaume Tessier
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Guillaume brings a background spanning both operational management and investment, which shapes his hands-on approach to portfolio support. He has overseen more than 30 SME investments since the firm's inception and is closely involved in deal origination and structuring. His sector expertise spans industry, healthcare, and technology-enabled services.
Meghane Magnin
Director of Investments
Meghane joined Elige and quickly established herself as a key contributor across multiple transactions, including the capital development deal with MediReport, the primary LBO on the Malouvis group, and the recent entry into La Première Brique. Appointed Director of Investments in September 2025, she leads deal execution and actively supports portfolio company management teams.
Antoine Vidal
Investment Manager
Antoine manages due diligence processes, financial modelling, and post-investment monitoring across the portfolio. He joined Elige after several years at a major advisory firm where he specialised in M&A transactions for mid-market companies. His rigorous analytical approach complements the team's operational experience.
Camille Renard
Investor Relations & Operations Manager
Camille coordinates reporting to investors in both SCR Elige Capital and FPCI Elige Capital 2, and oversees the firm's internal operations from the Paris office. She plays a central role in maintaining the quality and consistency of communication with the fund's shareholder base, which includes both entrepreneur-investors and institutional partners.
